We will discuss your personal exclusivity terms with you to determine which terms would suit best your pace of development of Boft in your location.

The maintenance includes 2 main actions: collecting cash (twice a month) and changing paper (twice a month). Also, it is always a good idea to clean the kiosk weekly with a piece of cloth.

Orders, revenue, and consumables stock data are updated in real time and available to you through the admin panel. Furthermore, our system will automatically send you notifications of any important changes. You can also address any question to your personal technical chat with our tech support team.

In short, we use special paper. Boft kiosk uses a dye-sublimation printer as it allows having much better quality than an inkjet printer. Additionally, there is no separate ink and paper, so you have to monitor only one consumable.

Yes, it does. We are working with Nayax. As long there is a Nayax office in your country, you will be able to easily install cashless payment module with our step-by-step remote assistance.

If there is an issue with any part of the equipment, our technical support will immediately notify the owner and provide guidelines on how to fix it. In case the equipment is unrepairable, we will either arrange a visit of local independent repairment specialist remotely or promptly send a replacement (free of charge during the one-year warranty period).

We will do the same as within the warranty period, but you will have to pay for the spare parts or the independent specialist visit.
